Alaris Health At St Mary'S is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care plans
• Administering medications and treatments
• Monitoring and observing residents' conditions and maintaining accurate medical records
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Participating in care conferences and providing input on residents' progress
• Assisting in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating surveys and inspections
• Responding to emergencies and providing immediate medical care
• Supporting residents and their families, addressing their concerns, and providing emotional support

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to provide direct patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of resident information
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and best practices
• Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
