The Center Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)

The Center Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) at Hancock Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is responsible for creating an environment where staff are highly engaged and focused on providing the highest level of care and compassion to patients, residents, and families. As the NHA, you will be a strategic driver of business excellence, staff excellence, clinical excellence, and customer excellence.

Responsibilities

Your role as the Nursing Home Administrator will include the following responsibilities:

• Ensuring regulatory and policy compliance
• Leading and being accountable for operations and departments of the center, including employee engagement
• Collaborating closely with the Center Nurse Executive/Director of Nursing, Medical Director, Director of Rehab, and department heads
• Making the Genesis Core Values and Promises a reality in all dealings

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive business excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
