Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Murphree Family Investment - Wade's Heat Air Elect is seeking a highly-skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Batesville Arkansas. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems to ensure comfortable and efficient indoor environments for our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Identifying problems and conducting repairs to ensure optimal performance
- Installing new HVAC systems and components
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues
- Testing and balancing airflow
- Providing excellent customer service to our clients
- Communicating with customers to explain the scope of work and provide recommendations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- EPA certification
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Customer-oriented with exceptional communication skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
