Job Description: HVAC Service Technician

We are searching for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join us in Marble Falls, Texas.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will work in both residential and commercial settings, interacting with customers to diagnose and repair issues effectively and efficiently.
As the ideal candidate, you will be comfortable working independently and in a team environment. You will be an excellent communicator who can translate technical concepts to customers who may not have a background in HVAC. We are looking for someone who is proactive, energetic, and committed to providing the highest levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings
- Communicate effectively with customers about repairs needed and estimated costs of service
- Plan and deliver timely and efficient service to customers
- Maintain an accurate inventory of equipment and tools, and ensure that they are kept in good working order
- Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology, and developments
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to diagnose and repair complex issues
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a team
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
