Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Steve Holt Plumbing, Heating & Refrigeration is a leading provider of HVAC services in Ellsworth, Iowa. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team and help us provide exceptional service to our clients.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial and residential clients. You will diagnose problems, explain solutions to clients, and perform repairs and maintenance to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial and residential settings
- Identify problems with HVAC systems and provide solutions to clients
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems and make necessary replacements or repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of work performed and parts used
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and ensure satisfaction with our services
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or HVAC certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Experience with electronic troubleshooting and repair
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
