We at Custom Mechanical Inc. are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Bethany Beach, Delaware. As a trusted provider of heating, cooling and ventilation services for our clients, we are committed to hiring an exceptional candidate who is passionate about quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining HVAC equipment for both commercial and residential clients. This will include diagnosing and repairing any issues with heating and cooling systems, as well as conducting routine maintenance tasks such as replacing filters, cleaning coils, and lubricating motors. In addition, you will have the opportunity to install new equipment and make recommendations for system upgrades as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Furthermore, the candidate must be able to work independently, manage their time effectively, and be willing to maintain the highest standards of safety on all job sites.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certification from a reputable HVAC program
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC Service Technician experience
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
