Loomis Lakeside At Reeds Landing is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Residential Concierge to join our team. As a Residential Concierge, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment for our residents.

Your Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist residents with inquiries, requests, and maintenance issues.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the community, including amenities, events, and services.
• Receive and handle resident packages and deliveries.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure efficient and timely response to residents' needs.
• Keep accurate records of service requests and follow up as necessary.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas.
• Provide support for community events and activities.
• Address emergency situations promptly and appropriately.

Your Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Detail-oriented and dependable.
• Proficient in using technology and software applications.
