Dietary Aide - Evenings 5pm-9pm

Job Description

Boulevard Temple Care Center is currently seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team in the evenings from 5pm to 9pm. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in providing nutritious meals to our residents and ensuring their dietary needs are met.

Responsibilities

As a Dietary Aide, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation and serving of meals to residents.
• Adhering to special dietary requirements and restrictions of residents.
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including setting tables and cleaning up after meals.
• Assisting with inventory management, including restocking supplies and keeping track of food items.
• Collaborating with the dietary team to provide high-quality and compassionate care to residents.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience working in a dietary department, preferably in a long-term care or healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
