Customer Service Representative - 830am - 530pm, Monday to Friday

Overview

The customer service representative (CSR) works directly with our customers. They often are the first point of contact for our customers, making them a vital part of our mission to lead the industry in customer satisfaction.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer phone calls
• Book appointments using dispatch software
• Open/Close Jobs
• Invoicing
• Follow Up calls with customers
• Miscellaneous office duties as assigned
• Secure building after every shift
• Set Alarm and ensure building security

REQUIRED

• Prior experience in CSR role
• Proficient with computers
• Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy
• Must be proficient in G-Suite or related programs
• Must be able to learn new software systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
