Unclassified Job Description
At Aperion Care Peoria Heights, we are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team in the role of "Unclassified". In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our facility and ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of resident care plans and ensure that all necessary documentation is accurately completed
- Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff members
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as necessary
- Support recreational activities and social events for residents
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
- Communicate effectively and professionally with residents, families, and staff members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
