Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Bob Staley Plumbing - Heating - Air is looking for a knowledgeable and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a growing company that has been serving the Fort Morgan Colorado area for over 30 years, we take pride in our exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Our ideal candidate is someone who can work both independently and as part of a team to ensure that our clients' needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Diagnose and resolve HVAC issues to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Install and test new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems as needed
- Inform clients about the status of their HVAC systems and provide recommendations for repair or replacement
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate effectively with clients to answer questions and address concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment
- Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC issues
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in tight spaces
