Job Description

Life Care Center Of Sarasota is currently seeking a qualified Nursing Home Administrator to join our team. As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to all staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Manage and monitor all aspects of resident care, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote efficient and effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversee and manage the budget and financial operations of the facility.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and service providers to coordinate comprehensive care for residents.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and monitor ongoing performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Promote a positive and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff members.

Qualifications:

• Valid state Nursing Home Administrator license or ability to obtain one within a specified period.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
