Responsibilities

As an LPN at Diversicare of Southaven, you will be responsible for:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitoring and documenting resident symptoms, reactions, and progress
• Assisting with the implementation of care plans
• Providing direct patient care and assistance with daily activities
• Communicating and collaborating with healthcare team members

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Mississippi
• Previous experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and compassion for elderly and disabled individuals
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
