Life Care Centers of America, located in Sarasota, FL, is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for the role of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). As a CNA, you will play a vital role in our interdisciplinary team, providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients. Your responsibilities will include delivering direct care to patients, such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, as directed by the applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
We are looking for candidates who have completed a high school diploma or equivalent and a State-approved CNA program. You must be currently registered/licensed in the applicable State, and your license must remain active throughout employment. Ideally, you will have at least one year of geriatric nursing experience and a current CPR certification.
In addition to the qualifications mentioned, we are seeking individuals who can make independent decisions when necessary, exhibit excellent customer service, and have a positive attitude towards patients. You should also be able to communicate and function effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team, maintaining professional working relationships with all associates and vendors.

Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State
- One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
