As the Assistant Dietary Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the dietary department and ensuring optimal nutrition and satisfaction for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Dietary Manager in planning, organizing, and supervising the operations of the dietary department.
- Collaborate with the Dietary Manager in developing nutritious and appealing meal plans that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations while maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and ensure proper storage and rotation of food items.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in dietary management preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food service, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, therapeutic diets, and menu planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff members.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with food service management software.
