Member Transactions Representative
The Member Services department of DMBA is hiring multiple Member Transactions Representatives to assist our participants with processing various transactions. The Member Services department administers various health and financial benefits to organizations of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We are committed to delivering exceptional service to all our valued customers including participants, providers, and employers.
Work Opportunity
We are looking for someone to process transactions within our Member Transactions team. This position will primarily be responsible to process Master Retirement Plan, 401(k) Plan, and Medical Plans enrollment transactions. The broad knowledge of benefits you will gain in this position affords many progression opportunities throughout the company. This position offers a hybrid work environment, providing those who qualify the flexibility to work remotely if desired. Team members are required to work at the Salt Lake City home office every Wednesday in addition to attending company meetings and events at various times throughout the year. During the 6-week training program, you will initially spend a minimum of two weeks working at our home office, followed by the remaining training period on a hybrid work schedule for those who desire and qualify.

$20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
