This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $3,700 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 11 months

If so, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Oregon City Health Care Center.
As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will lead a team of compassionate healthcare professionals and work collaboratively with staff, residents, and their families to create a supportive and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership, direction, and guidance to all staff.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Oversee the implementation of effective care plans and ensure quality care delivery.
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, billing, and revenue management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting teamwork and professional development among staff members.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners to enhance the overall resident experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Active Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a long-term care facility, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve common goals.
