Kendal - Crosslands Communities is seeking an Admissions Liaison to join our dedicated Health Services Team. As an Admissions Liaison, you will be responsible for managing the admissions process for short and long-term Per-Diem admissions to the Health Centers at both Crosslands and Kendal at Longwood.

Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare admissions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Health Services Team
- Knowledge of short and long-term care admissions process
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
