The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $4,500 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 8 months
Mid Mountain Heating & Cooling is currently seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team in Big Stone Gap, Virginia. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems in new and existing buildings according to specifications
- Test and balance HVAC systems to ensure proper operation
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems as needed
- Communicate with customers regarding installation process and system specifications
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Comply with safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required, HVAC certification preferred
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
