Job Description:
Pruitthealth - Palmyra is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (11p-7a) to join our team. As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality and personalized care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Ensure residents' safety and well-being at all times
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Communicate effectively with team members and report any changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Nurse Assistant (CNA)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards the elderly
- Basic computer skills
