Job Description: HVAC Installer
Callabresi Heating & Cooling is looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team at our Salina, Kansas location. As a well-established company in the HVAC industry, we provide heating and cooling solutions to both residential and commercial customers. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we are searching for a professional who shares our values.
As an HVAC Installer with us, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in homes and businesses. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive reliable and efficient HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout and specifications of the HVAC system
- Ensure that installations comply with industry standards and local building codes
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to prolong their lifespan and improve efficiency
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical issues
- Communicate with customers to explain the installation process, provide cost estimates, and answer any questions or concerns they may have
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant HVAC certification or license
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
- Knowledge of heating and cooling systems, electrical and refrigeration codes, and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
