We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As our HVAC Service Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for our residential and commercial customers.

Here's what you'll do:

- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems to identify and troubleshoot potential issues
- Install, repair, and replace HVAC equipment such as air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and boilers
- Collaborate with our sales team to provide customers with quotes for new HVAC units or systems
- Calibrate and program HVAC systems to optimize performance and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices
- Keep accurate records of completed work, customer interactions, and equipment inventory

Here's what we're looking for:

- A minimum of three years of experience as an HVAC service technician, with proven experience in installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Relevant certifications or licensure, such as EPA 608 or NATE certification
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers
- A strong commitment to safety and quality standards, with a keen eye for detail and consistency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to and from customer sites as needed
