Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospitality Aide to join our team at Alaris Health At Kearny. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering meals to residents and ensure dietary preferences and restrictions are respected
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas
• Assist residents with daily tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Ensure resident safety and report any concerns to the appropriate staff members
• Assist in organizing and facilitating recreational activities for residents

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a similar position is preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic computer skills
