Job Description: HVAC Installer
Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning, a leading provider of HVAC services since 1979, is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Installer to join our team in Jacksonville, Illinois.
As an HVAC Installer with Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. Your daily duties will include installing ductwork, AC units, ventilation systems, thermostats, and other HVAC equipment according to manufacturer instructions and industry standards. You will also be responsible for testing systems for leaks, troubleshooting mechanical problems, and ensuring that all installations comply with safety codes and regulations.
The ideal candidate for this role should have an HVAC certification, at least two years of experience in the field, and a strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is a team player, has excellent communication skills, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Follow manufacturer instructions and industry standards for all installations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and perform tests on systems for leaks.
• Ensure that all installations comply with safety codes and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the installation process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC certification.
• At least two years of experience in HVAC installation.
