As an HVAC Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the best quality installations and services that exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical components.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during installations.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure work meets company standards.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation.
- NATE certification or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
