Position: CNA/Certified Nursing Assistant

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate CNAs to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Monitor resident's health and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Assist with transferring and repositioning residents.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Ensure residents' rooms are clean and tidy.
• Document and maintain accurate records of resident care.
• Adhere to safety and infection control policies and protocols.

Requirements:

• Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate and patient-oriented approach.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
