HVAC Service Technician

Job Description:

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment, maintaining service records, and providing excellent customer service. You will work independently and as part of a team, providing maintenance and repair services to residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment, including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and boilers.
- Perform routine maintenance, including system cleaning and filter changes.
- Install new equipment, including ductwork, thermostats, and air handlers.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
- Maintain service records and update customer information in our database.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with industry developments and product knowledge.
- Comply with safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid HVAC certification or license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC repair and maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical and refrigeration systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hazmat certification preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
