Dalton Heating and Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Install and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, heaters, and ventilation systems
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they are running efficiently
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system problems for our customers
- Communicate with customers about the status of their HVAC system and explain repairs and maintenance work
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits and repairs
- Follow all safety and quality standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience as an HVAC technician
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of HVAC concepts, practices, and procedures
