Position: Weekend Receptionist HCC

We are currently looking for a Weekend Receptionist to join our team at Pruitthealth- Rock Hill. As a Weekend Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone, to visitors and callers. Your role will be critical in creating a positive and welcoming environment for all.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist all visitors and callers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer incoming calls and transfer to the appropriate department or individual
• Maintain the sign-in/out log, ensuring accurate records
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area
• Uphold resident confidentiality and privacy guidelines
• Follow all safety and health regulations
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
