As an HVAC Service Technician with A-1 Cooling Inc., you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in homes and businesses. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing installations of HVAC systems, as well as communicating with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including their components, installation procedures, and maintenance requirements. You should also be a great communicator, able to explain complex technical information to customers in a way they can understand. Additionally, you should be punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented to ensure that all work is completed accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA certification
- Valid driver's license
- HVAC training or experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
