Job Description: HVAC Installer at Central Air Conditioning & Plumbing
At Central Air Conditioning & Plumbing, we are dedicated to providing top-notch heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services to our customers. We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team in Texarkana, Texas. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing new HVAC systems, as well as maintaining and repairing existing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems in both residential and commercial properties
- Perform regular maintenance on existing HVAC systems, including cleaning and replacing necessary components
- Diagnose and repair any issues with HVAC systems, such as malfunctioning thermostats or leaking refrigerant
- Communicate with customers to explain the installation or repair process, answer any questions they may have, and ensure their satisfaction with the work performed
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed and any materials used
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification or relevant experience
- Strong communication skills and customer service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in a variety of different settings
- Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry advancements and best practices
