Contract overview
This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $3,400 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 10 months

Western Air Conditioning, a leading HVAC company, is seeking an HVAC Installer to join our team. As a HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC equipment, including air handlers, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure proper installation
- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency
- Communicate with customers to provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- HVAC certification preferred
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and controls
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
