We are currently looking for a HVAC Installer to join our team.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to install, repair and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial clients. As the HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise and ensuring that each system is properly functioning. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Determine the appropriate tools and equipment required for each job
- Troubleshoot and identify issues with HVAC systems and provide necessary repairs
- Ensure that all work is completed efficiently, effectively and to the customer's satisfaction
- Educate customers on proper maintenance and use of their HVAC systems
- Communicate effectively with team members, management and customers
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed
- Assist with training and mentoring junior team members as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of HVAC technical school or apprenticeship program preferred
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in HVAC installation, repair and maintenance
- EPA certification required
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and refrigeration systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
- Must have valid driver's license
