Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Glenn Mechanical is currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in El Dorado, Arkansas. As a member of our company, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are functioning at peak efficiency and safety levels.
Responsibilities:
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining various HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
- Conducting preventative maintenance checkups to ensure optimal system performance and extending the lifespan of each system.
- Troubleshooting system issues and identifying and performing necessary repairs.
- Providing exceptional customer service in all aspects of the job, including communication, problem-solving, and follow-up.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of service calls and system maintenance.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
- A high school diploma or an equivalent degree.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A thorough understanding of HVAC systems, technology, and safety precautions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A willingness to work flexible hours, including over-time and weekends if required.
