Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Sea Coast Air Conditioning is searching for an experienced and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Fort Pierce, Florida. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our customers' heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. You will use your extensive knowledge of heating and cooling systems to diagnose issues and recommend repair solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on a wide range of HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, and furnaces
- Diagnose issues with HVAC systems and recommend repair solutions to customers
- Install and maintain HVAC systems according to manufacturers' specifications
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols while performing HVAC services
- Maintain accurate records of all HVAC services provided to customers
- Respond to emergency HVAC service requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain the work performed and answer any questions they may have
- Continuously enhance your HVAC knowledge and skills through ongoing training and education opportunities
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in servicing and repairing all types of HVAC systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex HVAC issues
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Clear driving record and valid driver's license required
