Job Description: HVAC Service Technician at RC Heating & Cooling
RC Heating & Cooling is looking for a capable and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a leader in the air conditioning and heating industry with more than 25 years of experience, we provide excellent service throughout Kansas and surrounding areas.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality and client satisfaction. This includes all aspects of refrigeration and HVAC, from troubleshooting and repairing to installation and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance on client systems to detect and prevent issues
• Identify, analyze, and repair HVAC malfunctions
• Use customer service skills to respond to customer concerns and answer questions
• Adhere to company procedures, policies, and safety protocols
• Keep a clear and accurate record of all activities
Qualifications:
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC service or installation
• EPA certification
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
