HVAC Service Technician

Custom Heating & Plumbing is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team.

In this position, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on commercial and residential HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate with customers to provide service recommendations and effectively explain repairs
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems as needed
- Maintain accurate records of service and bill customers accordingly
- Stay up-to-date on industry advances and new technologies to better serve our customers
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Understanding of HVAC systems and strong technical skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- EPA certification and valid driver's license
- Clean driving record and transportation
