Job Description:

We are currently seeking a HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Iron Mountain, Michigan. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of heating and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial properties. You will diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC systems, communicate with clients to provide recommendations for repairs or replacements, and work efficiently to ensure the job is completed to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC systems
- Communicate recommendations for repairs or replacements to clients
- Install or repair HVAC systems for both residential and commercial properties
- Work efficiently to ensure the job is completed to the highest standard
- Maintain proper documentation and records of work performed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's Degree in HVAC or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in the HVAC industry
- Certification from an accredited HVAC program preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
