Position Summary

The Administrator HRHC has direct twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) day a week operational authority over an assigned facility. The primary purpose of this position is to conduct the ongoing business of the care center in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long term care facilities to assure that the individuals receiving services highest quality of life and level of care is maintained. Responsible for all business operations, including management of the assets of the care center; hiring, training, promotion, discipline and termination of employees; and for establishing and maintaining the business organization and structure to efficiently conduct the management functions of the care center. Plan for and administer programs providing service in accordance with the care center's stated mission and purpose in such a manner that optimum results are achieved in relation to the resources of the care center. The Administrator is licensed by the State of Florida as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA).
