Thompson Heating and Cooling Inc is looking for an experienced and reliable HVAC Installer to join our team in Warren, Ohio. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing heating and cooling systems in various types of buildings. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all installations are followed through in a timely and accurate fashion, while adhering to safety regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair and replace HVAC systems in various types of buildings
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems
- Use a variety of tools and equipment to complete installation tasks safely and accurately
- Interpret blueprints and specifications to install and repair systems
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring efficiency and quality in all installations
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices for HVAC installation and maintenance
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Must be physically capable of performing job duties
