Job Description: HVAC Installer
We are Bob Heinmiller Air Conditioning, Inc., and we are seeking a qualified HVAC Installer to join our team in providing top-quality services to our residential and commercial customers in Central Florida. As a company committed to green energy solutions, we pride ourselves on providing innovative and effective approaches to HVAC installation and maintenance.
As our HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining all HVAC systems. You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process for our customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism and expertise in all aspects of HVAC installation and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- EPA certification preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation
- Repair and maintain all HVAC systems
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Attend training sessions and seminars to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
