What you will do:
As a Production Associate II, you will ensure an effective and efficient surface finishing and specified product quality on implants. As well as the following responsibilities listed below.
Demonstrate ownership of manufacturing equipment, performing regular Autonomous Maintenance including cleaning equipment and workstations
Engage in continuous improvement activities by solving problems with structured problem-solving process/approach and suggesting improvement ideas
Perform inspection using visual and standard measuring equipment such as gauges, calipers, micrometers and height indicators
Perform incoming receiving inspection. Perform dimensional lay-out inspection on in-house and vended manufactured product.
Understand and follow all policies and procedures related to GMP/QMS/SOP
Support Manufacturing process like Laser Marking, Grit Blasting, CNC Machining, Robotic Belting, Cleaning, Visual and Dimensional Inspection
Use new software platforms (i.e. SharePoint, Oracle, Access)
What you need:
High School or GED Preferred.
2 Years Manufacturing Experience Preferred.
Prior Injection Molding Experience Preferred.
Understanding of Problem Solving or Lean processes Preferred.
Ability to operate small hand tools (e.g. pliers, screwdrivers, hammer, wrenches, etc.), power tools, and common measuring equipment for machining.
