Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting documents, and assisting in trial preparation.
• Coordinate and manage case files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and organization at all times.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel to schedule appointments, gather information, and maintain effective case management.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; paralegal certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a legal setting, particularly within a criminal law practice, is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and case management software.
