Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of HVAC Service Technician at Aloha State Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Inc. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs, maintenance, and installations on various HVAC systems. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of work performed and communicating with customers to explain the work completed and any recommendations for future services.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician
- Valid EPA universal certification
- Knowledge and experience with various HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver results
