Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Narrows Heating & A/C. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems for our clients in Tacoma, Washington, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems as per customer requirements
• Identifying and resolving HVAC system malfunctions
• Conducting routine inspections and maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair work done
• Recommending and implementing system upgrades and replacements as necessary
• Operating and maintaining HVAC service tools and equipment
• Collaborating with clients to understand their HVAC needs and providing them with quality service and solutions
• Providing on-time, efficient, and effective HVAC repairs and maintenance.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations while on project sites.
Requirements:
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning repairs and maintenance
• HVAC Certification or Licensing
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
