This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $1,000 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 11 months
Arbutus Park Manor is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as CNAs. As a CNA at Arbutus Park Manor, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitoring and documenting resident health status and reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding residents as needed.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
