Job Description: HVAC Installer
P & L Johnson Mechanical is a leading provider of HVAC and plumbing services located in Hazle Township and Shavertown, PA. Our company is expanding and we are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. If you are passionate about the HVAC industry and enjoy working with customers to keep them comfortable, we want you!
As an HVAC Installer at P & L Johnson Mechanical, you will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining HVAC systems for our customers. You must be knowledgeable about all aspects of HVAC systems including installation, repair, maintenance and troubleshooting.
In this role, you must have a passion for providing excellent customer service. You will be working directly with our customers to evaluate their HVAC needs and recommend the best solutions. You will be required to communicate clearly and professionally with customers about the status of their projects and answer any questions they may have.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, installation instructions and blueprints
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
