We are seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC service technician to join our team at Polhamus Heating & AC. As an HVAC service technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, installation, and repair work on a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will work closely with our customers to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, provide solutions, and ensure that each job is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

-Install, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment and systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers.

-Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems and make recommendations for repairs or replacements as needed.

-Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

-Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction and timely completion of all work.

-Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up to date on the latest technology and best practices in the industry.

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent required.

-Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.

-Knowledge of and experience with HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.

-Excellent communication and customer service skills.

-Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

-Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
