McElroy's Inc. is seeking a highly qualified and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Topeka, Kansas. As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, and ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to service calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation systems.
• Install and maintain HVAC systems, including ductwork and related components.
• Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning and replacing filters.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Keep accurate and complete records of work performed.
• Provide clear, concise, and timely communication with customers and team members.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a HVAC training or apprenticeship program preferred.
• At least 2-3 years of experience working as a HVAC Service Technician.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including the ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
