Job Overview

As a Receptionist at Life Care Center of New Port Richey, you will be the first point of contact for our facility. You will greet guests, answer phone calls, and provide information to residents, families, and staff. Your friendly and professional demeanor will contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere within our facility.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate extension
• Provide information and assistance to residents, families, and staff
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed, such as filing and data entry

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
